These terms cover your use of the readwarden.com website. By using the site you agree to them. A pilot or any paid service is governed by a separate written agreement with your agency, which takes precedence over these terms for that service.

Information on this site

The site describes a product in active development. Accuracy figures are measured on the evaluation set described on the home page and may differ on your agency's messages; a pilot measures them on your own traffic. Nothing on this site is legal advice or a statement of your agency's obligations.

The demo queue

The demo queue uses synthetic messages written for illustration. It contains no real inmate messages and no real people.

Independence

Readwarden is an independent company. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the Federal Bureau of Prisons or any messaging vendor. BOP policy is cited as a public standard for message review.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to send spam, probe or disrupt it, or submit information about other people without authority to do so.

No warranty

The site is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from use of the site or reliance on its content.
